Yeah..I was trying to figure out if there was something else you could do with them, but really it got to getting rid of them the whole time. I at least like having target names so I can see the name of the person I'm targetting, but with the way they are setup, I'm not sure how to incorporate name texts on those frames.
I took a longer look and there's a lot of small detail stuff that would clean it up, make it easier to read, and limit the potential distraction though.
1. Health tags on pitbull overlap your portraits. You can correct this easily by removing portraits, but if you like having the pictures there, limit it to just current health and percent if you can. I know PB4's text editing is lua code so you need to be familiar with that to do it.
2. Your S&A texture makes the thing unreadable

Change it to match your PB4 and Skada bar texture.
3. On your chat frame, remove the border and make the background transparent. This gives the illusion that your nice art panel is the chat box.
4. I'd recommend hiding all your mounts, professions, bag bar, micro menu and form bar and have them set to show on mouseover. Persnonally I have my forms bound to my F keys so I just disable mine all together, but my reasoning behind this is that if it's not absolutely 100% important to show during a fight, then it can be hidden (more details in my own little philosophy thread here).
5. I'm extremely OCD about it and it's hardly noticeable unless you nit pick the UI, but your Damage window and I'm assuming Threat window just barely overlap the border of the other nice art panel. Make them just a bit smaller on the width. Like I said it's barely noticeable except to probably me :P
Try those out and see how those work for you. Visualizing it in my head it gets much cleaner, but see what works for you and what doesn't.

Edit: Oh, and I don't know if it's possible with Skada since I don't use in game meters on any of my toons, but if you can, the title bar make the background transparent and move them up to the top of the panel. Gives the same illusion as your chat box. If it's possible, if not, they are fine.
